Terms of Service
These terms apply to every credit card to bank transfer done at the C2C Enterprises office in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru, and to the use of this website. By going ahead with a transaction, you agree to them.
1. Who can use the service
- The cardholder only, present in person at our office.
- The card must be a credit card in the visitor's own name.
- The cardholder must provide, for reference, the credit card, an original Aadhaar card, PAN card and bank account details, all in the same name.
- The first transaction must be done in person at our office. Later transactions can be arranged by phone or WhatsApp.
2. Where the money goes
The payout is sent by IMPS only to a bank account in the cardholder's own name. We do not send money to any third party, and we do not hand out physical cash.
3. Charges
- Our service charge starts from 2.2% of the card amount.
- The minimum transaction is ₹10,000.
- The exact charge and payout are shown to you before you approve the payment.
- No charge applies to a declined card payment.
4. Your card issuer's terms
Your card issuer's terms and conditions apply to every card payment. Interest, fees, reward points and how the payment appears on your statement are decided by your issuer, not by us. You are responsible for repaying your card bill on time.
5. Our right to refuse
We may decline or stop a transaction if:
- The Aadhaar card and PAN card, credit card or bank account details do not match.
- We suspect the card is not being used by its owner.
- The request appears to go against bank rules, card issuer terms or the law.
- The visitor asks us to pay a third party or to get around any limit or reporting rule.
6. Payout timing
IMPS transfers are usually instant. Sometimes a bank's system causes a delay. In such cases, we share the IMPS reference and help you follow it up. We are not responsible for delays caused by a bank's systems.
7. Your duties
- Give true and complete information.
- Keep your PIN, CVV and OTP to yourself.
- Use the service only for genuine, lawful purposes.
- Check the payout figures before you approve.

Please contact us first through our grievance section. We will try to resolve any issue fairly.
