Details we collect at the office

When you visit for a credit card to bank transfer, we may record:

Your name and mobile number.
Your Aadhaar and PAN card details, kept for reference and to match your name with your card.
The last few digits of your card, the card network and the transaction amount.
Your bank account number, IFSC and account name, to send the IMPS transfer.
The card machine slip and IMPS reference.

We never ask for or store your card PIN, CVV or OTP. We do not keep your physical card or Aadhaar card and PAN card; we only note the details we need for reference.

Why we collect them

To verify that the cardholder is present and the bank account belongs to them.
To send the IMPS transfer correctly.
To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
To answer questions or complaints about a transaction.

Details we collect on this website

This website does not have sign-up forms or accounts. If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and when someone taps Call, WhatsApp, Directions or Email. This data is collected by Google and does not include your card or bank details.

If you tap "Show map", Google Maps loads and Google may collect data under its own policy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own policy also applies.

We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only when needed:

With banks and payment processors, to complete your transaction.
With authorities, when the law requires it.
With our accountants or advisers, under confidentiality.

How long we keep details

We keep transaction records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements, and then delete or destroy them safely.

Security

Paper records are kept in a secure place at the office. Digital records are protected with access controls. Only staff who need the details can see them.
