About Our Credit Card to Bank Transfer Office

Who we are

We are a small, local business with one office. We do not run branches across the city, and we do not work through agents. When you visit, you deal directly with our own staff at our own counter.

How we work

Your first transaction follows these steps. We check your Aadhaar card and PAN card against your credit card. We confirm that the bank account is in your name. We show you the charge and the exact payout. Only after you approve do you make the card payment, and only then do we send IMPS.

Our firm rules

1. First visit at our office. The cardholder must visit our office for the first transaction. Later on, repeat customers can set up transfers by phone or WhatsApp. We never visit homes or offices.
2. Own account only. Money goes only to a bank account in the cardholder's name. Never to a landlord, a friend or a business.
3. No notes. We do not hand out physical cash. Every payout is an IMPS bank transfer.
4. Your secrets stay yours. We never ask for your PIN, OTP or CVV.
5. Numbers first. You see the full charge before you pay.

What we will not do

We will not help anyone get around bank rules, card issuer terms or tax reporting. We will not process a card that is not in the visitor's name. If a request does not feel right, we will politely say no.

Responsible use

Your credit card is a loan. We encourage every customer to repay the card bill in full and on time, and to use this service only for genuine short-term needs. Our guide on using your card limit for cash explains the costs honestly.
