Important: Visiting our office is mandatory for every transaction. We do not offer home visits, doorstep service, or remote processing. Amount is transferred only to the cardholder's own bank account. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Visit Our Office

Come to our Jayanagar or HSR Layout office between 10 AM and 7 PM, any day of the week. No appointment needed.

ID Verification

Present your credit card (physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.

Agree on Charges

We explain the service charge (starting at 2.5%) clearly before processing. You decide. No pressure.

Receive Transfer

The amount is sent via IMPS directly to your own bank account. You receive the UTR reference at our office.

Visit our office in Jayanagar or HSR Layout with your physical SBI Card credit card and a valid government-issued photo ID. We verify your identity in person, agree on the charge (from 2.5%), and transfer the amount via IMPS to your own bank account. The process takes 20-30 minutes.
